If you are taking a trip to Atlanta, you are in for a very enjoyable trip. I went to Atlanta earlier this year, and I was very pleased with the time I got to spend there. I actually went to Atlanta for a handful of business meetings, but because I had some extra vacation days from work, I decided to extend my trip there and spend a few personal days in Georgia.

Once my meetings were over, I got to start my personal portion of my trip to Atlanta. This was my first time to visit Atlanta (or Georgia for that matter), so I decided to find out what the city has to offer. If you are going to Atlanta with your family, there are plenty of different attractions that your entire family will enjoy. However, since I was there as a single guy, I spent my time enjoying some of the other attractions that Atlanta has to offer.

Because I’m an avid golfer, I spent my three personal days of the trip playing on three different golf courses. Once night rolled around, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of excellent dining options, along with the vibrant night life that Atlanta has to offer. On top of that when you hire a car in Atlanta you can move around more easy.

Do you like saving money? I do, and I’m not ashamed to say it. I don’t understand why anyone would want to pay more money for something than they need to. If you can save yourself money by spending just a little bit of time looking for a better deal, then I think that’s what any logical person would want to do.

If you want a recent example of how I saved money, let’s take a look at my trip to Atlanta last month. At the beginning of last month, I took a five day trip to Atlanta to visit my parents. I grew up in Atlanta, but moved to a different state for college (and then ended up being offered a job in another different state). However, regardless of where I live, Atlanta will always be home to me.

Even though I was going to be staying at my parent’s house, I didn’t want them to have to drive back and forth from the airport for me, so I decided to rent a car for myself. Now, I could have been lazy and waited until I arrived in Atlanta to get a rental car. But, by taking just a few minutes before my trip to make my reservation online, I was able to save myself quite a bit of money on my car rental in Atlanta.

Do you love football? If not, we probably wouldn’t have that much in common if we ever met in person. Some people might use a different term, but I will admit that I am a complete football fanatic. To clarify that, I am a complete professional football fanatic. Although I rarely watch a college football game on Saturday, come Sunday morning, you will find me yelling in front of the television for the majority of the day. I normally start watching football as soon as the first pre-game show comes on, and I won’t stop until the last game is over.

The only time I can remember not watching televised professional football on Sunday during the last few years was the weekend I had an opportunity to see an Atlanta Falcons game in person. I was able to score some tickets to an Atlanta Falcons game for a really low price, so my buddy and I took a trip to see the game. Since we wanted to be able to eat and do other things before and after the game, we were sure to get a car rental as soon as we arrived in Atlanta.
