Although I currently live in Texas (because Texas is where my husband’s company is located), when the holiday season arrives, I always go back to my home. In case you are wondering where my home is, it’s in the great city of Atlanta. I was born and raised in the city of Atlanta, and because the majority of my family still lives in this city, that is the place where I go every year to spend the holidays.

Going back to the place where you were born and raised (especially when it’s during the holidays) has to be one of the best feelings in the world. While this may sound a little strange to you, I always get a rental car when I go back to Atlanta. The reason for this is that there are so many people (both friends and family) who I visit while I am in Atlanta, and because both of my parents use their cars throughout the day, it’s just easier for me to have my own vehicle to go visit all of the people I want to see while I’m in Atlanta.
