Traveling can be a very stressful experience. Whether you only travel a few times a year or you are like me and have to travel at least once a month for your job, chances are you are going to have to deal with more stressful situations than you would like. Because I have personally experienced so many problems throughout the course of my travels (mostly minor, but some major), when a company goes out of their way to provide excellent service, it is something that sticks in my mind.

For one of my recent trips, I had to spend four days in Atlanta. Since I had quite a few different meetings to get to, I wanted to make sure that I had rental car to use for transportation. Because I had used them before, I decided to make my rental car reservation online through Enterprise. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was ready to go, and all of my paperwork was also prepared for me.

On top of that, the same older gentleman was working when I picked up and dropped off my car, and he was so pleasant and kind to me that you could tell he truly enjoyed his job.
